       the "Jackson Hole Midgets"  in this years "Old, short or fat people only"

       league championship (short people pictured).  Fred

  6)  AP- The first ever Division 1 MCAA(Midget College Athletic Association)

       tournament got underway this week.  Players claimed the reason for the

       low fan turnout was do to the NCAA's overshadowing presence.  Lazy Wave

  4)  Ever since the NCAA lowered the number of scholarships Division one

       basketball teams can have...many teams are finding slim pickens filling the

       last few spots in their line-ups...but who would have thought Maryland and

       LSU would have to resort to midgets.  BW

  3)  The guy in red won the game....but was shunned by the midget community

        when they found out his bulky shoe soles had a four inch lift!  Jen

  2)  The refs would have called a charge on the little dude in the yellow.....if he

        didn't end up dribbling under the taller fellows legs.  Jon

  1)   The Utah Jazz tried sign a new star Central American guard to

        the lineup this weekend, although a deal couldn't get worked out to get him

        under the salary cap.  Things started to look good when management

        threw in a list of incentives, like, a private jet, in-house-chef and free passes

        to Lagoon.  They broke apart when the star guard was told by Lagoon

        Amusement park officials that he was too short to ride the "Fire Dragon."  Yow Ming
